According to change of load, guide-water impeller, spray outlet and rotary impeller are changed accordingly. The later turbine governors in hydro-power stations have been renewed and designed adopting advanced cartridge valve control technique on the basis of the advanced Sweden KMW technology, and every performance indexes of the governors meet the national standards GB9625-88, and SD295-88, so that when completed several performance indexes such as the rotating speed dead space 0.014%, and the juncture motionless period 0.18 second are much better than those of any other governors.
